Eufobia: Cup of mud

“Eufobia”, is that like a fear of Europe? And I mean the continent, not the Swedish girl band. With an album title like “Cup of mud” and some bloodied up, photoshopped female cunt with an eel (or something as scary) climbing all over her – I really had no idea as for what to expect. Then the world’s most boring intro starts and I have even less of an idea of what the fuck Eufobia will deliver on this here album.

Some 25 minutes later…

Well, that was pretty puzzling. And very boring. Eufobia play some half-progressive modern metal with a super-weak growl on top of it and an irritating production to boot. There are no home runs in this ballgame, just so you know. And it’s a widely known fact that I am all for a loud, dominant bass when it comes to music, yes? But when the bass is drowning everything that is supposed to sound like guitars – it’s gone haywire.

3/10: A small pointer for the next recording (except for not sending it to Global Domination) – buy a bunch of these.

After going thru that crap, you most likely wanna read something way more interesting. You do, admit it.
